About Aunt Neci
My passion for cooking started at a young age, as I was one of the lucky students who has the opportunity to take home-ec in school with the real kitchens for us to cook in. I still use recipes from that class today. I am thankful for my teacher’s and my mother, who encouraged me to cook most nights at home. And then there is my Great Grandmother who was the very first FEMALE chef in her day at the Waldorf-Astoria in N.Y. She left me a legacy that I have grown into a passion that comes naturally to me. I love to create and cook and feed the masses. It’s all natural and holds no chemicals or additives. It’s healthy, delicious, and on the alkaline food list. From my kitchen to yours with love.
